This is an exciting time! You might wonder what a consultation consists of at Buchwald Orthodontics. Let us explain a little:

During your consultation, you can expect to be at our orthodontic office for about 60 minutes. At that time, we will take digital x-rays and intraoral/extraoral photographs. These images help us understand exactly what the problem is and how we can correct it. You will then meet with Dr. Buchwald. He will conduct an extensive exam, review your medical and dental history and look over your images to determine if Orthodontic treatment is needed.

If Orthodontic treatment is needed, Dr. Buchwald will create a plan and timeline with how he can correct your bite. Once a plan has been developed and agreed upon, our experienced Treatment Coordinator will review all of the financing and payment options we have available.

As a courtesy for our patients, our new patient forms are available to fill out online prior to your appointment. This will greatly reduce your wait time in the orthodontic office. If you are unable to fill the forms out online, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.
